What you can request

You may contact Jungle Grid to request access to the personal information associated with your account, to correct inaccurate information, to ask for deletion assistance, or to raise questions about how your data is handled.

You may also use this channel to ask about promotional-account data, billing-related account records, provider profile data, or information tied to browser-based account usage.

How to submit a request

Email legal@junglegrid.dev with the subject line that best matches your request, such as “Data access request,” “Correction request,” or “Deletion request.”

To help us respond efficiently, include the email address tied to the account, the account role you use, the type of request, and any context needed to identify the relevant records or browser flow.

  • Account email address.
  • Whether the request relates to a user account, provider account, or visitor/browser experience.
  • A clear description of what you want us to access, correct, or delete.
  • Any relevant dates, billing references, job IDs, or product context that can help locate the records.

Verification and limits

Before acting on a request, Jungle Grid may ask for additional information to verify identity, confirm account control, or prevent unauthorized disclosure or deletion. Verification requirements may vary based on the sensitivity of the request.

In some cases, we may limit or deny a request where doing so is necessary to protect another person’s data, preserve security records, maintain billing or audit history, comply with legal obligations, or keep essential service records.

Timing and follow-up

We aim to review requests within a reasonable time and may follow up if we need clarification or verification before we can act. Complex requests may take longer when they involve billing history, provider records, audit events, or data spread across multiple product surfaces.

If we cannot complete a request in the form asked for, we will explain the reason or describe the closest available alternative when appropriate.

Security reminder

Please do not send passwords, payment card data, full secret values, or other unnecessary sensitive information in an email request. If we need more information, we will tell you what is needed.

For all privacy requests and follow-up, use legal@junglegrid.dev.
