Policy details

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Jungle Grid, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You must use Jungle Grid only in compliance with applicable law and only if you are permitted to enter into a binding agreement for the relevant account or organization.

Accounts and authentication

You are responsible for your account credentials, account activity, and the accuracy of the information you provide when registering or managing an account. Jungle Grid currently supports email/password authentication, email OTP verification during signup, and Google-based sign-in or account-linking flows.

You must not share access in a way that undermines account security or product controls. We may require verification steps before activating or restoring access.

How you may use the service

You may use Jungle Grid to explore the public website, create an account, submit and manage workloads, monitor execution, manage account-level settings, and, where available, participate as a provider.

You must use the service responsibly and not interfere with the platform, other users, underlying infrastructure, or third-party services connected to Jungle Grid.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, or circumvent account restrictions.
  • Do not use Jungle Grid to transmit unlawful, infringing, or abusive material.
  • Do not use the platform in ways that threaten system integrity, reliability, or security.
  • Do not submit credentials, tokens, or secrets into fields that are not intended for them.

Workloads, provider participation, and customer responsibility

You are responsible for the workloads, commands, images, prompts, callback destinations, provider details, and account settings you choose to use with Jungle Grid. That includes ensuring that you have the right to use your model inputs, output destinations, private images, and related account credentials.

If you participate as a provider, you are responsible for the systems, payout details, operational endpoints, and infrastructure information you submit through provider-facing flows, subject to any additional product requirements we apply over time.

Billing, credits, and availability

Certain Jungle Grid features are tied to credits, wallet funding, provider balances, promotional credits, or billing history. The current product includes wallet topup flows in USD and may expose provider payout profile surfaces even when some payout operations remain temporarily unavailable.

Promotions, referral benefits, free-job eligibility, and signup credit offers may change, expire, or be withdrawn at any time unless explicitly committed otherwise. We may limit or reverse credits in cases of abuse, error, refund, fraud, or policy enforcement.

Third-party services and links

Jungle Grid may rely on or link to third-party services for authentication, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, badges, public directory embeds, or user-directed callbacks. Your use of those third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or endpoints you choose to access from Jungle Grid, including external callback URLs and linked public profiles or directories.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Jungle Grid if we believe doing so is necessary to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, or respond to operational or security risks.

You may stop using Jungle Grid at any time. Termination or account closure does not automatically erase records that must be retained for security, billing, audit, or legal reasons.

Disclaimers and limits

Jungle Grid is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect routing outcomes, or error-free operation, even when the platform is designed to improve reliability and workload fit.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jungle Grid disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the product, pricing, provider program, or operational surfaces evolve. Continued use of Jungle Grid after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
